At noon yesterday, Whitehouse.gov was taken over by Obama's web team, and it's running on Windows ASP. How ironic that Obama's campaign site and change.gov had been running on an open source LAMP stack. Now that he's been officially sucked into the abyss of government, it's back to closed source systems. Let's hope the new tech czar shifts to OS....

Acclaimed forensic artist Samantha Steinberg, the subject of Miami Manhunt, was recently featured on Fox's America's Most Wanted where she created a series of age progression composites of a wanted fugitive. I'd be worried if I were that guy. Her drawings are that good....

I have no clue who is behind this film, but it looks incredible - and certainly dangerous. Its a doc that examines the link between a missing boy, a child prostitution ring, Boys Town, and a bunch of political bigwigs. Spooky stuff. We can't wait to see more....
